The corporate relations team seeks and maintains connections with companies for the Scientica Jobfair and Bioconnect. Additionally, they are responsible for finding sponsors for many of our activities such as the Quiz and 24-hour run so that we can offer exciting prizes while also giving local Leuven merchants visibility.

Bioconnect

The networking event for biology, biochemistry, and biotech students at KU Leuven. Together with Chemika, the departments, and alumni association PDL, we bring the sector to Leuven.
Graduated students make significant differences in their job and career paths. During Bioconnect, you will learn more about all these options. Following this, during a networking reception, you can further explore the options through an informal chat. 

Jobfair Scientica

Not sure what you want to do after your master's, or already looking for which direction you can take after your studies? At the annual Scientica Jobfair, you will come into direct contact with companies looking for scientists. They will gladly tell you what a biologist can help achieve in the corporate world!

Throughout the year, we invite various guest speakers who come to share more about their passion for biology.

Don't forget every year here je erelidkaart aan te vragen, zodat je onder andere elk jaar kan genieten van een heerlijk etentje en nog altijd korting hebt op onze activiteiten.

You can also become a member of PDL, the alumni association for graduates in Botany and Zoology from the university in Leuven. PDL is a sub-association of Science@Leuven, the overarching faculty alumni association of the Faculty of Sciences.

Every year they organize various 'biological' activities, from thesis awards to outings and symposia.
